PIX-Outside inside issue

Hi all,

We have a pix501 which is doin NATing besides many oter functions. It is working fine Inside Outside. But I need access to one of the PC in the network 10.233.48.x inside from outside 10.233.49.x . Could any one let me know how to configure it.I tried out many things but nothing is working. Would portforwarding work in this scenario?? and if yes how. I got PIX device manager.

access-list outside permit tcp any host 10.233.48.x eq (PORT #)

access-group outside interface in
