POE device from tird part is not recognized on 4507+E

Hi,

I have a UBIQUITI UAP-AC-PRO needing 802.3af POE/802.3at POE+.  I have connect it on a 4507 with WS-X4648-RJ45V+E card.  The description says: "WS-X4648-RJ45V+E Cisco Catalyst 4500E Series 48-Port 802.3af PoE and 802.3at PoEP 10/100/1000 (RJ-45)".  So this device should be compatible, but it was not detected by the switch. 

I have tried with POE=auto and static but no result.  With an external power injector it works, so the AP is in order, i have changed the port and cables but same result.

Has somebody had same problems with third part devices with POE?

Any idea what i can do?

Could potentially be a faulty cable.

Some other idea ?

Run a TDR test on the cable.
