I would like to set up policy routing to track my customers IP traffic. This customer will have a T1 line that connects him to my network and he will have equipment co-located on my network. I would like to charge him only for the T1 traffic to the Internet. Another way to phrase this is I would like to give him the traffic that he uses between his Office and Co-located equipment but charge for his Internet usage. I believe that Policy based Routing with NetFlow is the answer but, how do I actually get the statistics from the routers/switches and into my billing system?

You can do this with the third party equipments with which Cisco works. For eg. NetCountant and many others.There is a document which have more details on this. Please refer to
