Power supply swap

Currently running two 3000W (110V) power supplies in our 6509 chassis's. I have ordered two new 4000W (can only find them in 220V) power supplies. The power supplies are running in redundant mode.

I know upgrading the power supplies isn't supposed to effect the uptime of the chassis/blades, but is it ok when doing the upgrade to have one power supply as 110V and one as 220V? I will be replacing both power supplies, but there will be a short time (few minutes) where the voltage doesn't match.

Issues with this and does anyone have experience with this?

This shouldn't be a problem.  There are some caveats but as long as you start out as redundant it shouldn't be an issue.   Just make sure that the 3000W supplies running at 110V will supply enough power for all the slots with just one power supply.
