PRI Connectors

I have a 1-Port Channelized E1/ISDN PRI Unbalanced (75 ohm) network module, and I my connections to the network requires a RJ45 connector. Since these modules only accept DB15-BNC cables, I would like to know if there is a cisco product to convert a BNC-75 ohm port to a RJ-45 120 ohm port.

CAB-E1-RJ45BNC is product number

72-1338-01 is part number.

Note : this is not a converter. But a cable with one end BNC and other end RJ.
