I have an unusual issue occurring on my network.
I have X number of 6701 HP printers ( Y number located at remote sites and Z number located at the Main Office). The printers are all the same and with same configs/software versions. However, the printers at the remotes will go into Sleep Mode after a short period of not being used, but the printers at the Main Office will stay turned on. I have ran continuous pings to the remote site printers and they will still go into Sleep Mode. When I reboot the switch at the remote site the printer will turn back on.
Remote sites switches: Catalyst 3560-CX // Up Up is shown when in Sleep Mode
Office Switch: Catalyst 9300
Sleep Mode: User must power cycle to bring the printer back online and can not be turned off.
