problem accessing CCO stack decoder analysis in reloads report for c/works.

Hello,

I am running RME 3.4 on windows. when i go into the reloads report and select the link in the reloads reson section, i get the following error reported:

Stack Analysis:

Error Occured while communicating with CCO. Error code 500.

If you are using proxy to connect to internet, please make sure that proxy configuration is correct.

I am connected via a proxy to CCO.

Now, i don't have a problem accessing CCO pages in ciscoworks and i can download images from CCO with no problems using ciscoworks so why doesn't it like me interpreting a stack decoder analysis via ciscoworks?

The stack decoder no more exists on the CCO. This has been replaced by another tool called Cisco Output Interpreter. You could use the same.

thanks, thats probably the reason for the error. hopefully cisco will fix this in the next patch 🙂
