Apple MACs - Power Mac G4. OSX 10.2.4

Module WS-X4424-GB-RJ45
The MACs will not connect to the GBit ports on this card.
Is this a negotiation problem? All other Intel boxes have no problems.

The MACs will not autonegotiate.
Ports set to 100/f will work OK.
Ports set to 1000/f don't
Ports set to auto don't
