Problem with custom report in RME

Hi, I have installed CW2000 with RME and Campus Manager,everything is working fine except when I

want to do a custom report in RME...

There is an error stated that I haven't enable the logging in the device,but i'm sure that i have enable all the logging and all the SMNP settings in the devices...

Is there any config that i missed?

Try restarting the RME. It might help.
