problems with user tracking jobs

hi

i start a job in campus manager -> administration -> job schedule in folder user tracking with periodic schedule. my problem is: the job runs and runs and runs. it won´t complete. then, i stop the job in process management. that´s it. no output !!

I'm at a loss what to do.

What are your export settings? Did you create the export directory before creating the job?

hi,

yes, the output directory was created.the standard path is d:/CSCOpx/campus/etc/cwsi/archives/ut.

that´s it.i enter the number of export archives and the periodic schedule.

it´s a special daemon responsible for this procedure ?

i´ve got installed LMS 2.2 on w2k server.

which settings should i to check ?
