Problems With Voice Manager

HI,

I have already Voice Manager version 2.1 runing over Windows 2000 server. When i add a voice IP voive gateway, software led me option to configure CVM as trap receiver and i see snmp traps in gateway. But i dont know in what location are this traps storage. If you can say me that you make me a great favor.....
