I have a nested policy for an MPLS connection that supports 4 T1's on the far ends. Below is a copy. My question is this...why when I do a show int f0/0 where the policy is applied does it show the queueing to be FIFO..and although I'm trying to classify and priority queue the Nortel voip traffic, when one of the sites pulls a large file of the server the voip gets stomped on. What am I missing?

What does show policy-map interface reveal?
What's the platform and IOS?
08-07-2012 08:56 AM
The platform is an 1841 running Version 12.4(13r)T
Below is the policy-map interface which again, looks correct, but I'm sitll wondering why when I do a show int f0/0 it shows FIFO as the queueing method..

Your Tc is 125ms, likely too excessive for VoIP.

Why do you have SSH in your LLQ?
08-07-2012 01:05 PM
Ok, I will try changing the settings as suggested. SSH was put in there to guarantee management access to the router and switch onsite during times of congestion. Should it not be?

I would recommend SSH not be in LLQ.
