When I do this, say i have 4 routers on different subnets, if router A is advertising the statics, will router D see them via router C ? will they all get injected into each routers routing table via the previous router, ie 10.0.0.0/8 via router C,then via B etc etc ?

We need to understand what routers are neighbors here. If one is redistributing statics into eigrp these will be propogated throughout eigrp

Hello,

are you saying that you want to redistribute static routes into EIGRP on router A, and you wonder if those redistributed routes are visible on all other routers, which are connected by EIGRP ?

If that is your question/scenario, the answer is yes. The redistributed static routes will appear with the D EX flag on your other routers, meaning that these are external routes (redistributed static routes in this case are external routes).
