Redundant routes from the Internet

I have a client that is starting a new web site and needs to have his site online at all time so he wants to set up two T1's from two different ISP's so that he will have redundancy. Is there a way that I can have redundant routes to his site with two different ISP's. And if so is there a way that I can load balance across these two routes.

Yes, you can have two redundant links to two different ISP's. You need a uniqe AS number and run BGP4. Practically you can't load balance over those liks. The traffic will take the shortest path. How to do this you have to read on CCO on BGP4 docs.
