I am installing a remote syslog collector on a Win2K server for the RME server.
However, from the RME syslog analysis module, i can see the remote syslog is up but i cannot get any syslog message from it.
I am running a freeware syslog application on the remote syslog collector desktop but when i start the remote syslog collector services, it indicate that the bind address is in use.
I have followed the setting given on the cisco web site. Does anyone encountered a similar problem or has anyone make the remote syslog collector working.
