Remove 'checked out' files from Config Editor

I have a config that appears to be 'checked out' in Config Editor, but Config Editor doesn't see this (ie won't list any checked out configs). As a result, I can only open Config in Config Editor as read-only or if I use NetConfig, it complains that the running config is checked out'. How do i remove the 'checked out' tag from command line.

You can check if this file is still checked out if you go to Server Configuration > Administration > Job Management, and you will see the jobs that are using resources, maybe there is your config file. If you see the jobs, in the lower region (or window) appear the resources, there you will see your checked out file and you can click on "Free Resource" to free the file.
