My company has asked me to create new RFP for Network maintenance contract. I have to prepare for it I am new for this kind of technical writes. Please help me if anyone has the experience also provide me the needs.

• 01.   What is latest hardware replacement for the following devices
  • a. Cisco 6509 ( VSS configured)
  • b. Cisco 3560
  • c. Cisco ACS Appliance version 5.1.0.44
  • d. Cisco ASA 5540
  • e. IronPort  S160
  • f.  IronPort C160
  • g. Cisco 2821
  • h. Cisco 3825 (Voice Gateway)
  • i.  CUCM – Version 7.1.5

• 02.   What are the end service dates for the above devices?
• 03.   How can I get price from Cisco?
• 04.   Please provide any sample document.

My recommendation is:

65K with VSS -- Check what SUP being used you may consider 65K SUP 2T

ASA 5540 -- ASA 5525-X or 5545-X

2800/3800 -- 2900/3900

CUCM 7 --- CUCM 9.x
