RME Software Management

I installed RME in the network. Most switches are Cat3500XL or Cat3550 switches. When I want to download the software image from the devices to RME to crease baseline, there is no image available. I use "Add image" and "From Network", then neither "IOS" nor "Catalyst" works.

I have check all device attributes and seems fine. And System Configure Manager works fine too. The RME version is 3.5 and IDU version is 5.0. LMS update 1 is also installed.

Anyone know the reasons? Thanks a lot!

Did you try installing IDU9.0 first?
