RMON on CAT 6509

I'm planning to activate RMON in 6509 switch with 7.4(3) CAT OS.

Do I need to purchase seperate license to able RMON function and if yes then what is the product code for RMON license.

I would like to more clearification.

Does it required to upgrade the CAT OS. Presently I'm using 7.4 (3) with NAM card?

Do I need to upload the agent like any OS upgrade and reboot the switch by following the same procedure as any CAT OS upgrade?

The product code for agent is base on version like any OS version ? if yes then what is the current code.

No..You do not have to upgrade CAT OS
