Hello Cisco Community,
We experience a power-outage in our site and we expect the power will be handled by the UPS for several time. All the devices are running except for 1 voice gateway (Cisco Router 3900), it was turned off and did not transfer its power in UPS, this affected 8 calls from our contact center. Upon checking on the router, only the left power LED is lit, and the right power LED is off. We unplug and plug the power cable then the router boot cycled itself. See below show version result after unplug and plug:
Cisco IOS Software, C3900 Software (C3900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 15.0(1r)M16, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
PH-CRKCS-VG02 uptime is 7 minutes
System returned to ROM by power-on
System restarted at 16:19:30 PH Fri Nov 13 2015
System image file is "flash:c3900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M5.bin"
Last reload type: Normal Reload
It only says normal reload. However, what might be the factors that made the router to behave like this? Are we missing something?
show environment table:
Internal Power Supply 1 Type: AC
Internal Power Supply 1 12V Output Status: Normal
Internal Power Supply 2 Type: AC
Internal Power Supply 2 12V Output Status: Normal
Hope someone can help and give their thoughts.
Thank you!!

Such a query should be posted under the Routers section as it is more of a router performance issues, not exactly VoIP.
