Router cant load from the memory

"Hi there, need urgent help".I just install serial card on my cisco 1841 router after that my router went to rommon mode than i type reset command  just to check if its a valid command and after that i cant do anything.i have attached my screentshot with this.Thanks

Download the IOS from Cisco, check the MD5 hash value and then, if valid/complete, re-upload to the CF using a card reader.
