Router configuration for update

We are using cisco3600 series router.Before some days there was no command for last configuration changed and NVRAM config last update like :

Current configuration:

! Last configuration change at 07:44:06 UTC Tue Aug 13 2002

! NVRAM config last updated at 09:38:18 UTC Fri Aug 9 2002

!

version 12.0

service timestamps debug uptime

service timestamps log uptime

service password-encryption

Now please tell me how can we remove this command and how this command work?It is possible to show all the logging command on the router?If yes how can we enable this service.

this is not a command but an informational message

All lines that start with a '!' (exclamation mark) are comment lines.

You get the 2 comment lines once you set the clock on the router.

These comment lines will disappear from the running config at reload.

To remove them from the NVRAM config, do a 'write erase' foillowed by a 'write'
