What router should I buy for my data center in costa rica?

Not a lot to go on.

What will this router do? just connect the data center to another location?, Aggregate remote traffic from branches to the data center ?

Hi,

You can check the list of features available in that platform by checking  the cisco feature navigator which gives you list of feature available in each platform.

You can check for which are all features you need for then you can choose the right IOS as well.

in  the above link you can select the  platform as 1841/2811/2911 then press continue.... there you ahve the options to  see the features...and according to that you can chosse ur costarica router.
