Your router is not properly booting because it is not able to read from slot 0 (your PCMCIA slot). It is currently on RX boot mode (Router(boot)>) Either your flash/bootflash/pcmcia is not formatted properly or the file is corrupt

Since you are lucky enough to be in boot mode,

you can try to copy a new (and correct) IOS into a properly formatted flash:

Check your IOS file and compare it's size with healty one. You have to copy an IOS file by using TFTPDNLD at first step anyway. Also make sure PCMCIA card fixed well.
