How to copy IOS Image to RSP4 while there is no image in flash card and bootflash, how to use "dnld" command?

I do not believe the "dnld" works at all. I cannot find anyone that knows how to use it. I have a dead 4500m that needs an IOS and I cannot load one in rommon mode because all I have is DNLD....
