SCE 2020 port-channel

Hi all,

I need to expand channel capacity up to 2 gbps. So I made a port-channel from the SCE to the router.

But I can't increase the bandwidth above 1Gbps, I thought maybe I have something incorrectly configured. Can you watch the correct settings are on my picture below?
