Server Runtime Error:Java.Lang.NullPointerException

Hi everybody,

I have ciscoworks2000 on w2k server. (RME 3.5)

So when I want to have archive for one device by: Configuration management -> search archive by device, I have one error message (see conversation title). It work properly for other device.

All devices are cisco routers.

PS: I saw, i didn't have the running config for this device in the directory Cscopx\files\archive\config\23.

I have only the startup-config.

Thank you for your help ...

NullPointerException is pretty common among Java errors. It could mean process not running, device not in database, etc. Try delete the device and add it back. What kind of device is this? What IOS ver? What's IDU level on RME?
