You logging level is already debugging for console and buffer, the maximum info you can have. I don't think there's any syslog for console login. There's trap for telnet session though when you enable this.snmp-server host 1.1.1.1 tty
Logging history is only for the logging history table, and is only significant for enabling syslog trap. I did not see the logging level for server, or console. How doese "show logg" look like?

The individual CW processes, like ANIServer, we call it process. You use CLI "pdshow" to display, "pdexec" to start, and "pdterm" to stop each process. Or you can use CW GUI to do it. The windows process that start/stop CW daemon, we call it service....
