Service Level Manager 2.0

I can't get the Service Level Manager app. to run. I keep getting the following error when I try to stop/restart the services;

ERROR: cmd failed. Server reason: One of the entries in a list of application names to pdshow, pdexec or pdterm is invalid.

I have tried reinstalling SLM, but keep getting the same error.

Any help appreciated.

thanks for the link. I found out SLM does not run on CD-One 5th Edition. So my only option is to run two sets of server hardware in order to support the modules we need. Not a very good solution. We probably will not be moving forward with Cisco Works.
