cisco has lots of Packages.

- Virtual Packaged Cisco Base

- Advanced Replacement

- Extended Warranty

- Software Application Support

Where can I read info about it, what it is and what it offers to clients. The only info I could find at cisco web site was about SmartNet.

The best person to contact for this is the Cisco representative or Cisco Sales/Accounts person. Alternatively, you can find similar information on Partners and Resellers section on www.cisco.com.
