I have a wacky setup I'm trying to implement. It's basically an RV wired for network, with a 2611XM feeding it's LAN. I'm working out the setup for the external ethernet, trying to figure if OSPF can deal with this thing moving from area to area. The RV basically would be parked at 1 of 20 some odd sites, an ethernet drop run to said site and plugged into a switchport there. Currently I'm planning on letting DHCP assign an address to the outside port, then having OSPF nets configured for all possible sites. Can someone shoot holes in this idea, or propose a better one?

You have something called mobile IP routers.which runs on radio Access Networks, This can be a better solution.

On preliminary testing, I've now found this setup works just fine. I have one Ethernet Interface configured for DHCP, with DHCP reservations at each of the remote sites. Then I've got OSPF nets configured for each reserved address. It didn't appear to generate too much OSPF traffic.
