Users told that network is slow so we need to test network
sw2960 is access switch, vtp client; sw6509 is core switch, vtp server.
If I use the Pc ping an ip address in SW6509, It lost 3->6% packets (disconnect Trunk3 connection)
If I use the Pc ping an ip address in SW6509, I work well (disconnect trunk1 connection).
And if I replace sfp1 of the trunk1 of SW2960-01 with the good one, It work well.
So I think sfp1 have problem and I send it to cisco waranty.
But when I got sfp from Cisco, I test again and the same problem happened.
Test for long time I send sfp to cisco again. The second times I receive sfp from Cisco, test and get error again.
At this time, I dont know what happen with the device. Could u tell me how to identify problem?
thank you
