sh ip mroute active command shows ip mroutes very slow

Hi everyone 

I have a problem on Cisco ME-3600  multicast service. Output of command show ip mroute active the results are shown very very slow  Multicast devices on the network are waiting for 6-7 min or maybe more for ip dhcp response from dhcp server.

Can anyone to help me for that problem ?  If  any configurations is needed  I can show.

Are they other commands response is quite fast?

could you please check the CPU utilization on the box.

Is there any sTP issue or memory issue on the box/.
