Smart serial to RJ45 cable

Hi all,

I woul like to ask, if it is possible to make cable, smart serial <---> RJ45. I want to use it with WIC 2 A/S card on 1841 router. This router will be used as terminal server for connecting other Cisco devices to serial console port (blue one).

Wired schema does not exist. Do you think it is possible to make such cable? I think yes but schema is missing.

There are async modules with purpose built cables for terminal servers.
