We are having a problem with SNA traffic over our WAN. Randomly the SNA traffic will just drop and the SNA clients will deactivate. We have placed a sniffer on the network and found that everything is great until the SNA servers (Microsoft) respond to client requests and sometimes this takes an abnormal amount of time for the traffic to get through to the client at a remote location. When the clients deactivate, it is usually a whole site at a time but all other traffic (IP based) is traversing the WAN just fine.
Anyone have any ideas???

How are you getting the SNA over the WAN? Is it bridged, RSRB, DLSw???

The SNA is getting over the WAN using DLSw.
