SNMP messages are corrupted.

My snmp server is displaying all messages corrupted (not readable). This is from all routers sending messages back to the server. Viewing the message with a sniffer, they appear to be corrupted before getting to the server. Any ideas on why this is happening? Config is as follows:

snmp-server community network RO

snmp-server enable traps frame-relay

snmp-server host 172.16.1.178 network udp-port 514

This looks like a bug in the Cisco IOS . Check for any known bugs. You try with snmpwalk/GET-NEXT instead of snmpget/GET directly
