SNMP monitoring on router sub-interface

I'm trying to get SNMP in/out stats from a 3600 series router using Dot1q sub interfaces, but when I snmpwalk I only see the main interface, which MIB do i need to see the sub interfaces?

What is the IOS version running?. Have a look at:

CSCds00250: 'SNMP support for IfTable/ifXTable for vLAN (802.1Q/ISL) subinterface' was added in later versions of 12.2

Thanks, I'm running 12.2(4)T3 but that doesn't appear to be available.
