I got the follwing messages:

SSG-ERR: SSG opengarden - ssg_downstream_og_dnstranslator:fail

What does it mean?

And my client need more one minute to login.

It means that DNS redirection is configured with the open garden service, and the domain in the request does not match in the open garden. This check is done for DNS replies from a DNS server to the host. SSG checks whether the DNS server ip falls in the open garden network. This error message is printed if : 1) the open garden service is not bound to the interface on which the packet came, or 2) the DNS server ip doesn't belong to the open-garden network.
