How can I check if some Cisco router has support for SSH? I want to use remote login without using telnet or rlogin. I have SSH client on the PC, so everything is there except SSH support in the router.

hi Bojan,
All the Cryptoimage has the SSH support. Check whether ur image is K9 or K8 image..If you have this image you can enable ssh in ur router.
"crypto key generate rsa general-keys" and give the key value
Sh ip ssh command is used to check whether ssh is enable or not.
Hope this helps

When you say "cryptoimage" do you mean any image with ipsec or 3des support? And what about images with ip firewall support? I am asking that to clear things up for me, so I can safely choose the correct IOS version in the future.
Thx, I will check the image version like you said...
