How to implementation the ssh protocol to access switch console 2950,

I ´use ios Version 12.1(11)EA1.

You'll need the Catalyst 2950 Strong Cryptographic (3DES) Software which can be downloaded from

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cat2950-crypto

Also only 12.1(12c)EA1 has the support and not 12.1(11)EA1
