I bridge two networks (A & B) over a router. How can i prevent DHCP broadcast (in A) over to other network (in B)? Gateway is in network B.

By default a router doesn't forward broadcasts. Hence, the router should not broadcast the DHCP broadcasts. It does so, only when the IP Helper address is enabled. Please check if you have enabled it. If so, you should disable it to prevent the broadcasts from entering network B from A.
The interface configuration command to disable it is:
no ip helper-address

Thnaks for the reply. But i have double checked the router and these entries are not present on both routers. Also i am using RIP to forward routing information across, would it have any impact on the issue at hand??
