switch 2912XL controllers

Hi all ,

looking at the ethernet controller counter in our 2912Xl switch I've found that the "No dest,unicast " counter is increasing.

The ports I'm looking into are grouped with command " port group 3 distribution destination" and are connected to two 3COM 3c980CTXM on the same server.

On the server I've enabled the 3com's Dynamic Access .

Check your interface speeds/duplex for possible mismatch. I wouldn’t use auto with a 3com switch.
