Hi
I have a couple of 3662, both having NM-16 modules and single WAN interfaces. They are running IOS version 12.3(10). They randomly crash at diffrent times. I thought it might be a hardware issue, I replaced the boards with no luck. I would be gratefull if some one could help me out.
Heres the error :

Restarted by bus error could relate either to hardware errors or to software errors. The best way to deal with this issue may be to open a case with the Cisco TAC. Before you do that you can investigate the cause of the problem using the Output Interpreter in the TAC Tools section of CCO.
Another resource you might use is this URL which is about troubleshooting for the 3600 series and has a pretty good section on troubleshooting bus errors:

Thanks for the reply
I have looked through out cisco.com for help. Unfortunately I dont have a CCO account so I cant use the bug toolkit, Output Interpreter... . Would very well appreciate it if some one could check this out for me in the bug toolkit (or Output Interpreter)?.
Thanks in advance
