When you say "each from a different provider" do you mean the T1's connect to two different ISPs (in which case, you are talking about multihoming, and the answer is "no"). Or do you mean you have two T1's between the same two of routers, each from a different T1 service provider (in which case, you are talking about parallel links, and the answer is "yes"). Or do you mean something else?
