During data transfer of a TCP session Window Size is changed from 1000 to 2000. What does this means for a sending host?
A. Transmit 2000 segments before waiting for an acknowledgement
B. Transmit 2000 bytes before waiting for an acknowledgement
C. Transmit 2000 packets before waiting for an acknowledgement
D. Transmit 1000 bytes before waiting for an acknowledgement
E. Transmit 1000 bits before waiting for an acknowledgement
F. Transmit 1000 frames before waiting for an acknowledgement

I'm not going to answer your question directly. Instead, I am going to give you a link to a document or documents where the answer can be found. I think it is the only way you are going to progress in your studies, by trying to undersand the material, rather than just by selecting A, B, C, D, or E. I would encourage any other NetPro to do the same.
Once you have had a look at the documents I am going to give you, if there is still something that is not clear, then we can talk about it in more detail.

A very good book that will answer most of the questions you have posted is "Internetworking with TCP/IP", by Douglas Comer. It is very readable, and contains a good solid foundation.
