Terminal Server Configuration for POS devices

I have a 2610 which has a 16 port analogue modem modules. I would like to use the 2610 to connect remote dialup POS devices (point of sale devices) to a UNIX host. any of the 16 ports should connect to a unique port on the UNIX Host at any point in time. ( i.e. each line should connect to a specific tcp port number on the UNIX host).

How can this be achieved ? Any sample configuration scripts?
