Having trouble finding the actual location of the TFTP files that the TFTP server is accessing. Running solaris 8 (solaris Tftp off). Do you have the dir where CNR defaults for the TFTP files, or is there a way to access it from CNR? Please help.

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Do you really mean CNR (Cisco Network Registrar), or are you talking about RME config files.
RME config files are held in:
../CSCOPx/files/inventory..
There are then two subdirectories, ./archive and ./shadow.
The shadow directory contains images by IP address under categories of IOS, Catalyst, IOS Catalyst. These are the latest configs.
The archive directory contains latest configs and previous versions, although in a more cryptic format of file name convention.

try /var/nwreg2/data/tftp. normal users do not have access to this directory.
