Hi,
I tried to upgrade my 2950 to the last ios.
I configured the ip address management and I can ping this address from my laptop.
but from the 2950 I can't ping the pc. So the 2950 can't connect to the tftp server.
My laptop use a 1000baseT nic and a usb/serial adaptator.
Any idea?

Do you have the right Default Gateway on your 2950? Normally when you can ping from one side but you can't from the other is the default-gateway. The command line looks something like this in global configuration mode:
ip default-gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Hope this helps.

hi,
I don't need ip default-gateway because the ip address of the 2950 and the pc are in the same range.
10.10.10.0/24 (1 and 2).
But I can try.
thanks
