Does anyone know how to get a history of users logging into CiscoWorks? I know that you can use the "Who is Logged On" report, but that only tells you who is currently logged on. We are trying to get an idea of how many people are actually using CiscoWorks on a regular basis so we are looking for something a little more accurate than looking at the "Who is Logged On" a few times a day. We are using CiscoWorks 4th Edition on a Win2k platform.

CW2000 does not have a built in feature to save a history of how many users have logged on etc. There's an option of using external 'Pluggable Authentication Modules' like TACACS+ etc which you can look into for this purpose.

I was afraid of that. Thanks for the information though. We are currently using TACACS for authentication and will have to use their data.
