Traffic generator for lab work

I want to generate some traffic to do some lab experiments on QoS. Can anyone recommend a good free or inexpensive (SOHO budget) traffic generator, preferably running on a PC?

Hi,

We use "IP-Load". It allows to generate UDP and

TCP Pakets by using different ports.

Simple, easy and very functional.

The Program runs under W2K.

A colleague mentioned TFGEN, but I didn't find very much information about it. Does anyone have any experience of that?
